Muchas gracias a todas por los mensajes que me dejastéis en el último post. Cuando lo escribí estaba totalmente KO :) Para agredecéroslo, os voy a invitar a un trozo de bizcocho de chocolate. Sólo fotografié un trozo ya que el resto desapareció demasiado rápido. Si os gusta mucho el chocolate, os lo recomiendo, salió muy rico. La receta la saqué del envoltorio del chocolate Nestlé para postres.
Ingredientes:
100 g de Chocolate Negro Nestlé Postres
100 g de mantequilla
100 g de azúcar
90 g de harina
3 huevos
1 sobre de levadura Royal (16 g)
1 sobre de levadura Royal (16 g)
Cobertura:
100 g de Chocolate Negro Nestlé Postres
100 ml de nata para montar
50 g de mantequilla
Preparación:
Fundir el chocolate troceado con la mantequilla.
Batir los huevos con el azúcar.
Añadir el chocolate fundido y la harina pasada por un tamiz.
Remover con cuidado.
Verter en un molde untado con mantequilla y espolvoreado con harina.
Cocer en el horno a 180 ºC durante aproximadamente 45 minutos.
Calentar la nata hasta que empiece a hervir, retirarla del fuego y añadir el chocolate y la mantequilla troceados.
Remover hasta obtener una crema homogénea y dejar enfriar durante 10 minutos.
Cubrir el bizcocho con la cobertura y enfriarlo en el frigorífico hasta que el chocolate esté endurecido.

Y la noticia es que esta semana me voy a Belfast (Irlanda del Norte, UK) a trabajar 3 meses. ¡Qué nervios! No sé si tendré internet en mi nueva casa, o si tendré tiempo para actualizar, pero en cuanto pueda, os enseñaré las cosas interesantes que encuentre por allí. ¡Nos vemos pronto! :)

I only take a picture of a bit because the rest dissapeared too much fast. If you like chocolate very much , I recommend you this recipe.
CHOCOLATE CAKE.
Add melted chocolate and add sieved flour.
Remove carefully.
Pour the mixture in a baking pan that you have coated with butter.
Bake in the oven at 355 ºF for 45 minutes.
Heat cream until boiling, remove it from fire and add chocolate and butter chopped into pieces
Stir until homogeneous solution is formed and leave to get cold for 10 minutes.
Coat the cake with coating and place in the refrigerator so that the chocolate hardens
And the new is that I go to Belfast (Northem Ireland, UK) this week to work there for 3 months. I am so nervous! I don't know if I will have internet in my new house, or if I will have enough time to post often, but, when I can, I will post the interesting things that I find there. See you soon!
